Hoodoo ski resort on top of the Santiam Pass was having their winter festival two weekends ago and it was great. Our brother Ian works up on the mountain as a groomer and totally hooks us up with free tickets so we can ride. So we saved our tickets for winter festival because there is always so many things going on, including snow sculpture building, races, live music and of course fire works. It was a beautiful day on the mountain, blue skys and somewhat good snow. Heather wasn't feeling a hundred percent so she was mainly in the lodge, but that didn't stop me from riding all day!
