Fishing Trip

Heather's Brother Ian and I went on a fishing trip down to maupin. We left bend around five oclock and got there around seven. It brought back good memories when we would go steelhead fishing with dave in spokane. Ian and I were just about to leave our first spot and then we saw a steelhead jump out of the water. then five seconds later it happend agian, so we decided we needed to fish a little longer. That is when I caught my rainbow trout. It was about sixteen or eighteen inches, i was so stoked. Ian had trouble all day and didn't catch anything. I saw that praying mantis in the grass were i was standing and it crawled right on me, it was really cool. We had lunch at sheras falls and then had no luck the rest of the day. Over all we had alot of fun and it was a great day!
