Heather is in the aviation program at school and has talked about wanting to buy a plane with a partner for as long as I can remember. Buying the plane yes exspensive at first but is probably the best decision we could make. This would cut the cost almost in half. With out buying the plane, Heather would have to pay a hundred dollars to rent the plane, all of the gass, and also the instructor, But with her dad being a pilot he could teach her. With her owning her own plane she would only have to pay for gas which is really nice because the plane has a system in it allowing her to run auto fuel, insead of avgass which is about five dollars a gallon. So with the help of my parents we bought the plane. It was worth atleast twenety five thousand dollars, but the guy was selling it for sixteen. SO with a partner it was eight a piece. Heather since buying the plane has flown a bunch. She is doing so well and can do every aspect of fight now. She needs to get her private pilots licence to fly me around and she will be getting that soon. She is ontop of her class with the highest grade and is great buddies with the head of the program. Our new toy has brought a lot of happiness to us and when Heather is flying i never see her so happy!
